• MTLi FZE inbox — your enquiry is delivered to and accessible only by authorised personnel at MTLi FZE via the email address info@mtli.com.
• Confirmation email — a brief acknowledgement email is sent automatically to the email address you provide, confirming receipt of your enquiry. This email is sent via GoDaddy's email gateway.

5. How long we retain your information

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship or potential engagement to which it relates, and in any event for no longer than three years from the date of last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or professional obligation.
